Elyse Walker Pink Party

Saturday night was the sixth annual Elyse Walker Pink Party. The party which took place at Hollywood hotspot Drais, raised money for breast cancer research. Jennifer Garner was the host and there were other celebrities there, Marcia Cross, Denise Richards and Michelle Trachtenberg just to name a few. Besides eating yummy appetizers like mini slider burgers my favorite part of the night was the fashion show which featured designs from Elizabeth and James, Roberto Cavalli, and Stella McCartney.

The annual Abbot Kinney Festival was today in Venice. Hundreds of people, vendors and food came out for popular, artsy street fair. I spotted this fabulous jewelry by Jessica Matrasko, which is all composed of rough cut gemstones and minerals....totally up my ally! I ended up getting the tiny quartz earrings (second picture) in chrome.   Pin It

Ace Hotel Party at Cleveland Art

The curator of the Ace Hotel and a few friends decided to take a West Coast road trip in a vintage Airstream....how cool!!! They started in Portland and ended in Los Angeles at furniture warehouse Cleveland Art.  The basis for their trip was to collect all things California along the way....from vintage jewelry to artwork and moccasins.   Pin It

How completely rad are these new bags by Rebecca Minkoff? I am sooo into the satchel shape that is  easy throw over your shoulder and wear for Fall.  My favorite one is the tan, fringed bag but I love them all. Pin It

Love the way Ashley Olsen is wearing her leather jacket in a layed-back way, throwing in a pop of color with the red McQueen scarf. I just bought this Doma Leather jacket on eBay and I'm so excited to start wearing it. What do you think of this look? Pin It

How rad are these handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces by Lekuin??!  I found these specialty pieces at Planet Blue and they make me wanna shred all of my t-shirts.  My favorite piece is for sure the tie-dye poncho.  I'd wear that thing ALL the time! Pin It

old timey picnic

These pictures are actually from Labor Day but I'm just posting them now...oops!  Matt packed us a picnic, putting the turkey sandwiches and potato chips in  vintage enamel-ware cases and pink lemonade in mason jars. We headed down to the beach for some good people watching and to enjoy the beautiful sunny day. How cute is this picnic basket on Etsy? When is the last time you had a picnic?
