A Day at Olvera Street

Poncho anyone??

Handmade leather bags from Murillo's.

Spontaneity took hold of me once again and I ended up on Olvera street.  Believe it or not after living in Los Angeles for 13 years I have never ventured to this charming spot.  If you haven't been I suggest you go because you'll feel like you stepped into an old Mexican village.  There are great little places eat (I recommend the cheese enchiladas.. YUM!)  and mexican candies as shown above.   I'm really into the leather bags that are made at Murillo's which is a family business that has been on Olvera street for over 40 years. Also I'm really into that brown suede vest, I may have to go back and purchase it.   Pin It
